06-22-2024 In the Mood: Botanical Aphrodisiacs

The Mood, and getting into it, can be easy breezy, or complex and challenging.

Botanicals can help us sculpt pathways into deeper parts of our sensual selves, and assist the desire already raring to go, or just waking up.

Join herbalist and Fat and the Moon founder, Rachel Budde as she explores the topic of botanical aphrodisiacs. During this amazing workshop, held on Saturday, June 22nd from 12:00 - 2:00 PM PDT, she will dispel some myths, give some practical tools and techniques, and, most importantly, point to the roots of our pleasure that the plants help us access.

Rachel will discuss the physiology of the sensual, plants that support sexuality, and provide kitchen witch recipes that will empower you with tools to turn on.

In preparation for all the knowledge and magic, please bring:

  • A journal and pen
  • Any questions you may have about herbal remedies for the heart
  • Any tools you need to create a supportive energetic container (we love soft blankets, pillows, candles, and snacks for nourishment!)
